Amtel aims to provide a high level of customer satisfaction, onsite and via our helpdesk. Our helpdesk in open from 8:30am – 5pm, weekdays, though technicians are on call 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
Most companies will tell you how to contact them. At Amtel Communications Ltd, we invite you not just to contact us but to interact with us, in any manner you choose. If it's during business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm) your interaction will be handled immediately by our multimedia ACD. If it's outside business hours, you can be sure that your interaction will be handled as soon as possible on the next business day.

Email support requests are queued and delivered to the most appropriate Agent. Email and web-based requests are processed as efficiently and effectively as telephone-based contacts.
