The Open Text line of fax server and document capture solutions, offered as part of the Open Text ECM Suite, allows customers to convert documents arriving by fax or mail to electronic form, so they can be managed online. Customers can use Open Text solutions, for example, to automate the process of inputting information from thousands of paper invoices, and eliminate the inevitable errors involved when paper-based data has to be entered by hand.
