Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software+ V.34 Fax Gateway Receives Unified Communications Magazine’s 2008 Product of the Year Award

Dialogic Corporation Recognized for Outstanding Innovation

Parsippany, NJ, March 23, 2009 --  Dialogic Corporation ("Dialogic"), a global provider of world-class products and technologies for media and signal processing, today announced that Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC®) Unified Communications magazine (www.uc-mag.com) has named its Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software + V.34 Fax Gateway as a recipient of the 2008 Product of the Year Award.

The SR140 + V.34 Fax Gateway is the first Fax over IP endpoint and gateway combination supporting V.34 T.38. The Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software combined with a gateway from either the Dialogic® 3000 Media Gateway Series (DMG3000) or Dialogic® 4000 Media Gateway Series (DMG4000) enables enterprises to deploy fax server solutions into existing Voice over IP installations, while leveraging their existing IP infrastructure. The SR140 and DMG300/DMG4000 platforms support real-time FoIP, providing companies with the ability to integrate fax servers into the VoIP network. The addition of V.34 T.38 allows fax data to be transmitted at 33.6 kbps, more than doubling the rate of other industry offerings, which transmit fax traffic over T.38 at a maximum of 14.4 kbps.

"Unified Communications is pleased to grant a 2008 Product of the Year Award to the SR140 + V.34 Fax Gateway," said Rich Tehrani, TMC president and editor-in-chief of Unified Communications magazine. "Dialogic has proven that it is committed to quality and excellence, while addressing real needs in the marketplace, and we're proud to honor the company's accomplishments."

"The addition of V.34 speeds to Dialogic's highly-reliable Fax over IP server offerings is a significant breakthrough for the FoIP industry," said Jim Machi, senior vice president of marketing at Dialogic. "This award validates the performance, reliability and scalability that our customers have come to expect from Dialogic."

Additionally, Dialogic is announcing its "Build on Dialogic® Brooktrout®" program, which enables companies that are members of the Dialogic Partner program and who use Dialogic® Brooktrout® SR140 Fax Software in at least one their fax products or solutions to use the "Build on Dialogic® Brooktrout®" logo on their marketing materials. "Using this logo will allow our fax partners to leverage the strength and worldwide recognition of the Dialogic® Brooktrout® brand by proudly displaying our new logo on their fax marketing collateral and at trade shows," said Rob Moran, product line director, Dialogic® Brooktrout® fax products at Dialogic.
