Mr Calhoun will talk about how AccuQuote is taking advantage of communications and business process automation to remain innovative and competitive, as well as increase customer satisfaction and responsiveness. In particular Geoff will focus on their journey of implementing a Communications Based Process Automation (CBPA) solution.
This roundtable event is designed to be an open discussion which will give those attending the opportunity to ask questions about AccuQuote’s BPA experience, from concept and installation, through to a full business application.
